EASTER BUNNY HUNT
Sunday 5th April

1.30 – 4.30 pm

£5 per child on entry
All others – Free entry
to Garden and Windmill

Young children will love finding the 10 Bunnies hiding in the Windmill Garden.
When they find all 10 bunnies they can claim their very own Bunny and take their prize home with them. (no after-care needed) 

If raining – bunnies don’t have umbrellas but will still be pleased to see you.   Free Windmill Tours 

KENT SUSSEX & KENT WEALD STATIONARY ENGINE GROUP DISPLAY
Sunday 12th April   
11 am – 4 pm

Discover these fascinating machines that were used to produce power for farms, larger houses, workshops and small factories before electricity was easily available. 
Engines often supported mills such as Meopham Windmill, when the wind was weak or their sweeps needed repair. 


NATIONAL MILLS ON AIR WEEKEND EVENT
Cray Valley Radio Society
Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th May
10am – 4pm

The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (SPAB) focuses on Mills during Annual National Mills Weekend and especially supports this exciting On Air Weekend which is once again hosted here at Meopham Windmill.
To celebrate the UK’s rich milling history, whilst promoting amateur radio operators working from windmills and watermills across the UK (and internationally) and also promoting the  conservation of these heritage buildings.

HARTLEY MORRIS

Traditional English Morris Dancing to music and merriment. The jangling of bells and clanking of  sticks and flashes of bright colours is a recognisable feature of Morris and this side have been dancing throughout the UK and Europe for over 90 years. Always attracting younger dancers, they give a wonderfully jolly display of English traditional folk dance that has echoed out from the rural villages and towns of Kent for hundreds of years.

ELLENOR HOSPICE
Glorious Garden Event 
Sunday 28th June 
2 – 5 pm

A Fundraising event for Ellenor Hospice to support their valuable work providing palliative care in a wide variety of ways at home as well as in the hospice itself.

Our garden will be open during the afternoon as we host the event which includes the UK’s largest choir!     Rock Choir! 
(we promise the 8,000 members will not ALL be attending!)
